helpful staff convenient reception free parking
i found the staff very helpful ! they promptly addressed my inquiries. the 24/7 reception was especially convenient with my late arrival. i also appreciated the free parking, it saved me some money.
the outdated decor was noticeable. and the soundproofing was poor, i could hear street noise from the nearby road. this made it difficult to sleep sometimes

the hotel is located near a bus stop. this provides easy access to the historical center, i didn't use it. the stop is just next to the hotel, this is good.

the front desk staff provided excellent customer service. they asked about my experience at checkout. laundry service was very convenient. i was thankful.

the room had a good size, and it was clean. it included a tv with international channels. the bedding was fresh.

Basic stay with some issues
The staff were efficient and helpful during check-in and check-out.
The air conditioning in the room only worked as a fan, it blew air instead of cooling the room. The beds were also uncomfortably hard. I found it difficult to sleep well.

the room was modern and spacious. the breakfast buffet had a good selection. parking was always available.
the service regarding comfort was not good. the room next door was being repaired and painted. i was unable to sleep in the morning due to noises.

helpful staff comfortable bed outdated decor limited space
The staff were helpful , especially at reception. They provided wine glasses and allowed us to sit in the reception area with our own food and drinks. Check-in was fast. The bed was nice , and the shower was functional.
The decor felt outdated , and I noticed it was near a busy road. Soundproofing in the room was not great , and I heard noise from other guests. There was no fridge in the room , which would have been useful. The room itself felt quite small , and space was limited in the washroom.
