i found the staff very helpful ! they promptly addressed my inquiries. the 24/7 reception was especially convenient with my late arrival. i also appreciated the free parking, it saved me some money.
the outdated decor was noticeable. and the soundproofing was poor, i could hear street noise from the nearby road. this made it difficult to sleep sometimes

the hotel is located near a bus stop. this provides easy access to the historical center, i didn't use it. the stop is just next to the hotel, this is good.

The staff were efficient and helpful during check-in and check-out.
The air conditioning in the room only worked as a fan, it blew air instead of cooling the room. The beds were also uncomfortably hard. I found it difficult to sleep well.

the service regarding comfort was not good. the room next door was being repaired and painted. i was unable to sleep in the morning due to noises.

The staff were helpful , especially at reception. They provided wine glasses and allowed us to sit in the reception area with our own food and drinks. Check-in was fast. The bed was nice , and the shower was functional.
The decor felt outdated , and I noticed it was near a busy road. Soundproofing in the room was not great , and I heard noise from other guests. There was no fridge in the room , which would have been useful. The room itself felt quite small , and space was limited in the washroom.
